    The location was great and beautiful, for example, a large municipal park was relatively close to the hotel. The stuff was exceptional, incredible with every request. Tried excellant coffee, hot waffles, and pancakes.

    The hotel location is very conferrable to reach the airport, the park and the shopping street; the rooms are big, clean with very conferrable beds; the breakfast is just very good!

    clean place & welcoming and very welcoming staff in explaining the room condition. outstanding and gorgeous breakfast at a reasonable rate, with brilliant food.

    Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

    We had booked a Deluxe Double room but we were upgraded to an Executive Room - with breakfast and internet included in the room charge.Alos, I really appreciated your concierge's knowledge of the city. She was excellent in recommending us places for dinner, lunch, bars.

    The room was very cold and the AC was very loud, and it took it sometime to warm the room,

    perfect spot for exploring vienna's top attractions and parks

    I loved how close everything was, with the historic center just a short 10-minute walk away and beautiful St Charles's Church practically around the corner. The hotel's spa was a great treat after long days of walking and offered a nice touch of relaxation.

    The food for breakfast was EXCELLENT, we got coffee, pancakes and hot waffles. We booked superior king room that was complete with internet, all the amenities and a park view as advertised.

    i was not satisfied by the level of amenities offered. I believe that most hotels use tooth brushes and combs and other things for amenities not only shower gel and soap. Otherwise service is good and everything else.
